  • Breakfast: Bag breakfast from Mr Kertes or option for on-your-own
  • Lunch: On-your-own (in Smithers)
  • Dinner: On-your-own (in Terrace)

  1. Free time in Smithers
  2. Shower at the hotel in Smithers
  3. Movie and popcorn at the movie theatre in Terrace (Snow White)

Schedule

6:00-8:00 am (bag breakfast)
8:00-9:29 am (ask for breakfast or breakfast on own, talk to Mr Kertes for breakfast if you want bag breakfast)
Early risers (you may get breakfast, you may go on walk with others, get coffee – but be sure to text plans to your chaperone if you plan to leave the hotel, etc.)
6:01 AM to 9:29 AMLate risers (just be ready to meet at 9:30 AM at the hotel, be ready to load the bus before we check out at 9:45 AM)
9:30 AMMorning meeting and check-in, then load the bus (we check out of the hotel at 9:45 AM)
9:45 AM to 1:00 PMFree time
1:00 PMBus loads at 1:00 pm, then departs to Terrace

Plan for a 2.5-hour drive, with one stop
There will be no time for buying snacks, so bring any if you want them (healthy snacks and water will be provided during the trip)

Depending on time and other factors, we may make several short culture stops along the way and we may stop for a short (moderate) group hike
