These will be provided during the exams as well…

There are several exam days and one make-up day.

Monday Jan. 22

  • Start the exam (all grades) today.
  • We will go over the following expectations:
    • Phones and smart watches are not allowed in the room.
    • No backpacks, notebooks, binder or other materials are allowed.
    • Just bring your pencil (and water/snack).
    • Do not plan to use the washroom during class on testing days. If you must leave the room, an escort may be required. (A break is provided on the long day.)
    • If your phone or other device is visible (in-class, on testing day), you must redo that day’s portion of the exam on the Make-Up Day. Until you do this, your grade will be IE. This grade may be revised once the entire test is complete and you have turned in all assignments.

Tuesday Jan. 23

  • Grade 9 Writing Test Day (two periods).
  • There is a break between periods. Please plan to use the washroom during this time.

Wednesday Jan. 24

  • Continue with the exam.

Thursday Jan. 25

  • There is a break between periods. Please plan to use the washroom during this time.

  • There is one more Make-Up Day in April and there are extra work days during SPT conferences. You may finish work (including the films and tests, which must be completed in-class) on these days. Grades may be revised through March 15, 2024.

Monday Jan. 29

  • Make-Up Day
  • If you complete all work, including the films and tests, your grade may be revised.
  • If you are not passing (IE) as of this day at 3:01 PM, your grade will be entered as 40 (F) or 49 (F).
